Almond and cream cheese pound cake with buttercream icing. The baby is fondant, and all the other decoarations (except the ribbon) are buttercream. I made this for my brother and sister in law, they don't want to know if their baby is a boy or girl until he or she is born, so it had to be neutral. I did my best to match the nursery, and I think they were very pleased.
