I got a last minute request for a 3 tiered birthday cake. I was given creative freedom - found out she loved gardening. I was given the order Saturday for delivery Sunday! I was limited on elements drying!! The cake is: top tier - Strawberry with fresh Strawberry BC filling and VBC icing, 2nd tier Orange Dreamsicle with Orange Creamsicle filling and VBC icing, bottom tier is Pina Colada with Pina Colada filling and Crusted Cream Cheese icing. Cake covered in fondant, all other elements fondant with some gumtex! After delivering the cake I realized I had forgotten the ribbon around the top tier!! TFL!
