A young man loves to fish and he wanted a fish cake. This is our second one. This one turned out to look like a crappie instead of a large mouth bass. The cake is a 9x13 sour cream chocolate cake and a 9 x 13 sour cream cake pushed together, iced in BC with MMF accents and letters, candy rocks and snakes and the fish is all MMF, formed by hand and painted with icing colors.
