My grandson really wanted a fishing theme for his 7th birthday classroom celebration. I made triple chocolate cupcakes with buttercream "water". Bobbers are strawberry cake balls dipped in white chocolate (double dipped to cover the pink of the strawberry), then the bottom half dipped in red chocolate. The tops of the bobbers are gumpaste.
