Decadent, rich chocolate cake (made without flour!), is dipped into a rich semi-sweet chocolate ganache which, when stacked together, squish the life out of a defenseless layer of creme de menthe buttercream, only to be finished off with another cloud of minty goodness. I tried to get all artsy and whatnot w/ the lil circles on top... looks like chocolate wins this battle! lol NOMNOM!
