My son's 1st birthday was a beach party theme. The sand castle is 2 (4in. high) 11x15 sheet cakes stacked on top of each other then carved. Bottom half is chocolate, top half is WASC colored different colors. Iced in buttercream, and the sand is vanilla wafers with chocolate graham crackers for a little more color. Beach ball was his smash cake. Candy/chocolate seashells around bottom.
