Princess Castle for the twin's first birthday! Client made it clear she didn't want a DISNEY princess castle. So this is what we ended up with. Cake is white cake with buttercream filling and frosting. Petittinice fondant, buttercream, and sugar pearls for details. Towers are rice crispies coated in white chocolate. Spires are ice cream waffle cones coated in pink white chocolate. Two little smash cakes are same flavored and filled with buttercream. :)
