This is a WASC with chocolate ganache filling. Green butter cream frosting and a LOT of royal icing violets. It was supposed to be 4 tiers tall, but there was a malfunction of the bottom layer's bracing - when a kid ran into the table (sigh). Fortunately, I was still there and notice before it was catastrophic... and had a bunch of extra flowers! But, at least the recipient was very happy with it anyway. :-)
