I made this cake for my son, last minute (the day before) I had different plans for his cake, but we had to change the date of his party last minute :) He was super thrilled with it, which is all that matters, me not as much lol. But seeing him "driving" his trucks up the ramps and having a blast with his cake, made it all worth while.

Chocolate cake, covered in chocolate/almond buttercream and brown sugar for "sand", complete with 2 Monster Jam trucks "driving" on their track.
