This cake was made for a young man graduating from the U of Pittsburgh with his doctorate degree in Audiology.....hence the giant ear. He is a huge Pitt basketball fan so I added the mascot in uniform. This was the first time I used edible images. He really wanted two buildings (The Cathedral of Learning and The Peterson Event Center) on the cake and the Pitt "Zoo" logo. The cake was alternating layers of yellow and chocolate with vanilla buttercream covered in MMF. TFL
