12"-10" Tapered Rectangle, White Chocolate Cake with Raspberry SMBC, Black Satin Ice Fondant, Sushi pieces are cake with fondant accents. Theme was based on Ribbon seen on cake board, design based on Sushi Serving dishes I found online. Will not use pure white fondant for rice in the future, it's a tad too bright. Photos are slightly out of focus because my aperture was set incorrectly. Live and learn.
