This cake is made up of a layer of lemon, strawberry, and two layers of white cake that I carved into the shape of a ball gown. I just bought a $10 Cinderella doll at Wal-Mart and wrapped her legs in plastic wrap so it wouldn't be messy when I pulled her out of the cake. (I gave my daughter the doll for her birthday). The dress is fondant with royal icing details. Since I had extra batter, I made cupcakes and a 6" round to write "Happy Birthday" on with some candles.
