Edible bouquet. Pink velvet, with chocolate ganache, edible flowers, and 2 silk flowers. I made this for my sons teacher who is expecting a baby, I thought instead of buying her some flowers I would just make her some.

Good reviews from the staff room as far as taste in concerned... and that is the most important :)
