So it's a long story, but we have this team at work dedicated to saving customers who are considering discontinuing our services. We use the theme life savers for each customer we "save" and place a paper life saver on the wall with the customer's name on it. My manager, Renee, is so excited about this project so when it came time for her birthday, I couldn't think of anything better to do than a life saver for her!
