This is my team's cake for the Ultimate Cake Off- Monster Jam. We got 2nd place! This cake was over 7 feet tall, approx 500 lbs and was approx 3500 servings of cake. Two monster trucks named "Cupcake Crusher" and "Venom", 5 crushed cars, the arena, banners on inside walls, lights, flags, skulls, flames, tires, Monster Jam logo sign, crusher mouth and the whole cake rotated 360 degrees. Honestly the hardest, most challenging, fun, exciting and awesome thing I've ever been a part of in cake decorating.
