Made this for my brother's 23 birthday. He plays bass guitar in several bands so I wanted to run with the rock star them. I replicated his bass guitar out of fondant, as much as possible anyways. Think I should have stopped sooner than I did, just added too many stars. Bottom tier is 8" square, all brownies. Top is 8" round, all chocolate WASC. Both are filled and covered with milk chocolate ganache and then I mixed MMF with white modeling chocolate together to get white chocolate fondant to cover and decorate with. My brother really liked it so I was happy :)
