I work for a local health department. We hired many part time temps to assist in our H1N1 response efforts. On their last day of work we held a luncheon; I brought this cake. The pig (remember H1N1) was made from 50-50 fondant/gum paste, as were the decorations on the wires. The teal border and stars were fondant. The cake was covered in buttercream that was airbrushed purple. I also added glitter.
