This Whimsical / Topsy-turvy cake was for Valeria's 10th Birthday, celebration with many flowers and colors. Tiered stacked construction, 10, 8 & 6 inches x 4 inches Round cake covered with a Satin Ice rolled Fondant, airbrushed with bright & electric colors, and with gum paste accents. The method that I used for making a cake crooked was: to use Styrofoam wedges between normal-shape cake tiers. This way, the wedges make the cake look crooked when stacked, even thought the cakes are straight. The cake was placed on a spectacular green ruched base. April 10, 2010 Thanks for looking!!!
