Cheese Cake

I'm a self-taught amateur decorator. Bottom tier is two 10 inch cakes (2" tall) and top tier is one 8 inch (4" tall) cake. Buttercream icing covered in fondant. Mice are gumpaste. Balloons are from Michael's arts and crafts in the wilton isle. Did the circles by pressing with the flat (not sharp) edge of a cookie cutter then depressing them with my fingers and adjusting the color by simply wetting a papertowel and wetting the fondant inside the circles. Any questions feel free to ask this was one of my favortie cakes to make! :)
