This cake was made for a friends bridal shower. I was completely inspired by CC user daan1984 . I changed the colors to match what the bridesmaids are going to be wearing. Also I didn't have that lace flower cutter that was used in the original cake. I had to make each individual petal out of gumpaste then put them together using chocolate (very time consuming). I colored the gumpaste black for the flowers but it didn't seem dark enough when it dried so I used the gel coloring and painted all of the black petals.
