I made these for a dinner party. They were so much to make. The entire flower pot is molded white chocolate. It is layered with "dirt" cookie crumbs, a chocolate mousse filling and the mound of dirt is a chocolate chocolate chip cupcake. I spread a little of the mousse on the top and then covered it with the "dirt". The flowers are RI with BC leaves. The "surprise" was they could eat the whole thing. TFL.
