Disco B-day cake for my little cousin. Strawberry cake with strawberry cream filling and almond/vanilla buttercream frosting. Shadow disco dancers are sculpted from modeling chocolate. Letters are also modeling chocolate covered with green sparkle (sanding sugar). On top is a light up spinning battery operated disco ball it really made this cake pop. The bottom tier of this cake is a star. This cake was super fun and I'm really proud of it because I designed it myself without looking at another cake for guidance.
