A surprise birthday bash for my DD 39th forever celebration. She is an avid Starbucks lover, so that was the theme I picked. "Smash" cake was dark chocolate/vanilla buttercream (6", 5", and 4" rounds, carved) w/edible image logo. The cupcakes (2 doz) were: Caramel Machiatto cake w/caramel whipped cream topping; Dark Cherry Mocha/sweetened whipped cream topping. All the cakes had Starbucks coffee in the recipes, of course. The cookies were topped with royal icing and chocolate w/ edible image logo. This was so much fun for me to do.. Thanks to all who shared their versions for inspiration. tfl
