Tropical theme birthday cake. Mandarin orange cake with pineapple creme filling. Thiswas such a fun cake to do. I completed it after working 3-12hr night shifts and stayed up the last morning...whew, was I tired. I really wanted to attempt gumpaste Hibiscus and sunglasses, but because of time contraints I had to improvise.Enjoy!
