I decided to try a topsy-turvy again, in a way I thought would be easier. The top still began tilting back, as you can see in the picture. The elements didn't quite come together as planned, but she loved it and it was delicious! WASC cake, cheesecake filling swirled with a mixed berry sauce and fresh strawberry slices, BC frosting and MMF accents. TFL.
