I did this cake for my grandmother's birthday. She is a lighthouse collector. This cake is a white cake with strawberry whipped filling. The water is done in buttercream, the hill is covered in fondant. The lighthouse is rice cereal treats covered in MMF and some gumpaste accents. I put a battery operated t-light in the top --- that was a big hit!
