OK , oFISHally I have been decorating cakes for 2 Generations now.... I started decorating cakes when I made my daughters 1st birthday cake 27 years ago.. and this was my Grandson's 1st Birthday cake.. A milestone for me... ok this was a 12" and 8" Buttercream frosted Coconut and Chocolate cake torted alternating both flavors soaked with Coco Lopez coconut syurp YUM!! All Fondant accents The Whale is fondant covered Rice Krispy Treats I added a bit of white chocolate to the RKT's and it firmed up REALLY nice. and I think improved the taste too. So much fun to make this cake...
