This cake was pretty scary for me to make....my first topsy turvy cake plus the first time I have covered a cake in fondant! Bottom and top tiers are milk choc mud cake with ganache filling. The middle tier is white choc mud. I could never have done any of this without all the help from heaps of people on CC. Starting with how to make a topsy turvey cake, right down to how to transport it etc.... Thank you everyone :) The cupcakes were made for the little girls brother who has allergies. He really wanted to feel included, so I matched them to the main cake. TFL
