This is my first wedding cake. Bride wanted off white with white royal icing swiss dots and gold ribbon. 14, 10, 8, and 6 inch 4 layer cakes. Chocolate/raspberry filling/choc bc; red velvet/choc truffle filling/cream cheese icing; lemon/lemon curd/vanilla bc frosting. MMF covering each layer. Used the SPS system. Any comments welcome.
