This was a dozen cupcakes decorated to look like a bowl of spaghetti. The spaghetti was icing piped thinly over the cupcakes then topped with meatballs. The meatballs were actually made from hazlenut chocolate candy covered with a strawberry jam. The shredded parmesean cheese was grated white chocolate.
