This is my very first cake EVER! Everything is from scratch. I made it for a St. Patrick's Day potluck at work. It is a green velvet cake with light green cream cheese frosting covered in light green marshmallow fondant with darker green marshmallow fondant shamrocks. A few little flaws (e.g. cake crumbs), but I'm happy with my first attempt at a decorated cake.
