Saw so many duck bath/pond cakes, decided to do one myself. The cake is cinnamon toast cake with apple pie filling. Frosted with cinnamon cream cheese frosting. The boards are fondant/gumpaste and the rubber duckie is not edible (didn't have time to make one).
