We have five birthdays the last week of February. This one is the boys'. Chocolate fudge cake, peanut butter cream cheese mousse filling, chocolate smbc icing. Wanted to practice my buttercream skills a bit. I had trouble with this batch, and it didn't get very stiff, so it was really hard to work with - wasn't very happy with how this one turned out. Also, I added chocolate, cocoa powder and brown food coloring, and couldn't get the icing darker for the decorations. I wanted the vines and such to really stand out but it just wasn't cooperating!
