Thanks to SugarRush_Cakes for this design! 8in +6in round cakes, with the 6in off center so there would be room for the cars on the road. Buttercream frosting with fondant accents. For the flags, I printed out the checkered pattern on regular paper and wrapped/taped it around lollipop sticks. The speed limit sign was fondant on a lollipop stick, painted (with a toothpick) lettering on with food coloring. The cars were purchased by the mom of the birthday boy.
