The giant cupcake! I had a lot of trouble with this cake..;.baked the wrong size, screwed up the cupcake, burned a layer and had to rebake. in the end, I'm very happy with it! The top of the cupcake is RKT. The bottom is red velvet. The middle layer is french vanilla and the bottom is chocolate. All buttercream with fondant accents.
