My husband and I made this "Over the Hill" cake for a client who wanted to celebrate both her husband and brother-in-law's birthdays. Both A&M Former Students, the cake reads "Happy Birthday to Two Old Aggies." One of the figures on the cake wears a 12th Man football jersey. The other wears an "Old Army" t-shirt and an A&M ball cap. Both of the figures wear their gold aggie ring...WHOOP! :) The cake itself was White Almond Sour Cream Cake. It had a Dulce de Leche filling. Everything on the cake is edible. The aggie figures, tombstones, and flowers are all made from fondant. The "dirt" is Oreo cookie crumbs.
