This cake was done for a building dedication. The customer wanted the cake to look like the building being dedicated. It is the Donald L. Golden Family Medical Building at Mount Sinai Hospital on Miami Beach. It weighs approx 200 pounds, includes many different techniques including piping, fondant sculpting, gumpaste trees, and poured sugar for the glass of the windows and water in the back.
