Based on a 'Teddy Bears Picnic' cake from one of my books, this is what I came up with after a request from my middle son Luke for a 'Timmy Time' cake. Its the usual chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream that all my family love :) decorated with sugar paste trees, walls, picnic blanket, Timmy (and teddy!), birthday cake and food. All with finishing touches with royal icing. I am pretty new to cake decorating and REALLY understand just how much hard work goes into the beautiful cakes on this site! This was most definitely the most fun I have ever had decorating a cake and I am now hooked for life!
