Bride had a winter/snowflake AND Valentine's Day theme for a Valentine's Day wedding. She completely designed the cake. The blue pearls are the blue from her bridesmaids dresses and the snowflakes and hearts incorporate her theme. She wanted height, but was only feeding 85 people so we added the scroll tiers. The tiers are 14" round base, 10" round center and 6" round top. The base is a marble cake with chocolate buttercream. The center tier is German chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and the top is yellow cake with raspberry fruit filling and raspberry buttercream crumb coat. Cake is covered with chocolate fondant, royal icing pearls and gumpaste snowflakes and hearts. Piped with silver piping gel.
