This is a three tiered square buttercream cake with swiss dots and gerber daisies. The bride did not want fondant. I hardly EVER do buttercream cakes, so I was freaking out. It took me probably twice as long to frost the dang buttercream cake than to just cover it with fondant. I couldn't get it perfect enough and I kept messing it up every time I touched it. I need to learn how to just walk away!
