Finally able to finish my cake for my parents anniversary! It's was their 40th, which is the ruby. But I wanted to incorporate an asian theme. The dragons are modeled from white chocolate and painted with edible gold dust. The cake is chocolate with peanut butter filing. Covered in chocolate red fondant and gold decor is white modeling chocolate. The ruby is a candy gem.
