I sell these in individual cupcake boxes for Valentine's Day. The golden heart topper is white chocolate piped into a lacy pattern and dusted with gold luster dust. The middle cake has a hand molded, modeling chocolate rose and the top cake has more buttercream icing piped into a 'dome' shape prior to drizzling with ganache and is topped with gold sanding sugar.
