For my best friend's daughter. Mom only specified that she wanted a cat and a dog on the cake; she didn't care about the rest of the design. This is what I came up with and I'm happy to say, she loved it. I created the top on a 7" cake board so mom could save it. To help save me time, Chloe's dad (a chef) baked the cake layers and made the buttercream himself!
