An adorable hot pink & fun minnie mouse cake with 3 tiers. I used the Wilton cake stand. The cake was 3 different flavors with buttercream icing on the bottom 2 tiers. The minnie mouse hat was carved into the hat shape then drizzled with chocolate ganache (I used black food coloring to get the chocolate ganache to look black instead of dark brown) & gumpaste bows & fondant minnie ears! :) Enjoy!
