I made this for my friend Kat who just found out she is having a baby. I used the wilton sports ball pan for the belly and two small glass sauce dishes for the boobs :) They turned out a bit flat so my reccomendation is use something a bit larger for the boobs and carve them to a good shape. This cake was so fun to make!! Very easy and didn't take a ton of time!
