This is a birthday cake for a good friends father who is finish. The blue cross represents Finlands flag. On top of that I've put a simple bow and a couple of lace flowers. The text says: Congratulations Asko! Inside it's chocolate cake with raspberry mousse, white chocolate ganache and white chocolate creme cheese frosting. Covered with fondant/marzipan mix. Decorations is gumpaste. This was my first square cake and it was a lot harder to cover with fondant then the round ones!! TFL
