bridal flowers were lily of the valley and she wanted the cake to continue the theme. Round tiers are my traditional southern caramel cake (yellow layers with caramel icing) covered in caramel fondant icing. Delicate lily of the valley flowers are piped in royal icing and a dot pattern breaks up the flowered tiers. Topper is a combination of real lily of the valley flowers and royal icing lily of the valley flowers piped on covered florist wires.
