One of my friends mom has recently passed, she was 58 years young.. My friend asked if I would make cakes of things her mom loved. Here they are.. Mardi Gras, Halloween/Moon/Stars and Irish/Celtic. All three were red velvet w/buttercream icing and mmf.. fondant accents were handcut w/the exception of the stars and shamrocks.
