Had a hard time finding any cakes of Lunar Jim, so I kind of make this up myself. the moon is rice krispy treats covered in fondant. Base is 3 layer chocolate cake with chocolate filling covered in black fondant. Lunar Jim was made from gum paste and edible writers and powder. Family loved the cake. If anyone has any idea of how much I should have charged for the cake let me know. I haven't been charging very much and I don't know how much a cake like this should go for?
