This was my daughter's 3rd birthday cake. I stacked two rounds on top of each other. Then, I baked some cake batter into a Pyrex baking dish (bowl shape) to get the curved top piece. All butter cream icing. The sand is brown sugar. Little Mermaid is a plastic cake topper. Shells at the bottom are white chocolate. She adored this cake. My children are my true inspiration of why I love creating b-day cakes:) TFL
